These leads are verified via OTP and reviewed instantly by our AI-based verification system, designed to ensure better lead quality for you. Over time, this system will continue to improve based on feedback and platform data.
Some leads flagged by the system may still go through additional manual checks via phone or WhatsApp.
What Is Holidify’s AI Verification System?
Every lead submitted by a traveler is evaluated across 35+ different parameters to ensure it is:
- Genuine
- Logically consistent
- Complete enough to be actionable
Here are a few key dimensions our system checks:
- Trip Structure: Are the destinations valid? Is the itinerary realistic based on trip duration and departure city?
- Lead Completeness: Are important fields like number of travelers, hotel/transport needs, and services properly filled in? Has the traveler indicated a willingness to connect with agents?
- Consistency: Do the departure and destination cities align logically? Are there any conflicting or incomplete selections?
- Document Requirements: For international trips, does the traveler have valid passports?
- Trip Duration: Is the trip long enough to be meaningful for the chosen destinations?
- Submission Behavior: Has the traveler made multiple inquiries recently?
- Missing or suspicious data: Are there inputs that raise concerns or make the lead unusable?
A Smarter Way to Verify Leads
Rather than relying on basic rule checks, our AI looks at combinations of inputs, platform behavior, and patterns from past bookings to identify and filter out incomplete, spammy, or low-intent leads — all within seconds.
If everything looks right, the lead is instantly marked as Holidify Verified and sent to you.
This system will continue to evolve. We’re constantly incorporating insights from agent feedback and platform performance to make verification better, more accurate, and more aligned with what drives bookings.
