Unlike generic destination leads from AutoBuy or Manual Buy, these are package-matched leads — improving trust, lead quality, and conversion potential.

2. How does Tour Package Matching work?

  • Traveler Browses – A traveler views a specific package on Holidify.
  • Shows Interest – They click “Get Offers” and submit their trip details.
  • Exact Match – The lead is instantly matched to your package (and to you as the agent).
  • Lead Delivered – You receive the lead via email, WhatsApp, and your dashboard. Credits are deducted automatically.

Choose how you want to create a tour package:

  • From Scratch – Start with a blank form and enter all details manually (title, photos, itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, pricing, etc.).
  • PDF to Tour Package – Create a package in seconds using PDFs of previous quotations sent to past travelers.
  • Duplicate an Existing Tour Package – Save time by reusing and modifying a package you’ve already created.
  • Suggested Tour Packages – Select from popular itineraries on Holidify with auto-filled content. Just add your details to publish.

Once ready, submit for moderation. After approval and if credits are available, the package goes live.

5. How much does a Tour Package lead cost?

The cost is the same as your AutoBuy lead price for that destination. There’s no extra fee for package matching.

6. What happens after a Tour Package is submitted?

Every submitted package goes through a moderation process. Once approved and credits are available, it goes live and becomes visible to travelers.

7. How many packages should I upload?

  • Minimum – 5 packages to start getting consistent visibility
  • Best Practice – 10–15 packages covering your main destinations and popular itineraries

Agents with multiple, well-made packages tend to get more leads.

8. What makes a good Tour Package?

  • Clear, descriptive title with the destination name
  • High-quality, relevant photos
  • Complete day-wise itinerary (with meals & stay details)
  • Transparent inclusions & exclusions
  • Competitive, realistic pricing

Yes. You can update photos, pricing, or the itinerary anytime. All edits go through moderation before being live again.

  • Ensure your daily lead limit is not set too low (or keep it at “No Limit” for better visibility).

Upload bright, clear images that showcase key attractions and activities included in your package. Avoid using agency branding, logos, or certificates. Focus on destinations, accommodations, and real customer experiences.

Yes. You can add multiple offers within a single package, each with different hotel details, giving travelers flexibility based on budget and preference.

18. How do I handle cancellations and refunds?

Clearly state your cancellation policy in the designated section. Mention free cancellation timelines and refund percentages for closer cancellations to set clear expectations.
