First, How Does PaySecure Work?
PaySecure is Holidify’s escrow-based payment system that collects the full trip amount from travelers before the journey begins. These funds are then released to agents in milestones as the trip progresses — not all at once.
This ensures:
- Travelers get support if promised services aren’t delivered.
- Agents are paid fairly and securely as the trip progresses
Payout Timelines Based on Trip Duration
For 1-Night Trips:
- 100% payout is released the day after the trip ends, around 6 PM — unless a dispute is raised..
For 2-Night Trips:
- 30% is released the day after the trip starts. (around 6 PM)
- 70% is released the day after the trip ends. (around 6 PM)
For Trips of 3 Nights or Longer:
- 30% is released the day after the trip starts.
- 30% is released midway through the trip. (based on trip length; handled manually)
- 40% is released the day after the trip ends.
These payout stages are designed to ensure fair payment as the trip progresses — helping you manage your cash flow while keeping traveler trust intact.
What Can Delay a Payout?
- Disputes raised by travelers before the payout milestone — Holidify will pause the release and investigate.
- Unverified bank account — if your bank account isn’t verified, payouts are delayed until verification is complete.
Where Can I Track My Payouts?
You can view all your released and upcoming payouts under:
- “My Payouts” section – shows Transaction ID, Date, Booking ID, Traveler Name, Amount, and Status.
- “My Bookings” section – shows payout breakdown per booking including collected amount, released amount, and any remaining balance.

- Ensure your bank details are verified well in advance.
- Respond quickly to disputes (if any) raised to ensure faster processing or payout releases.
